When do you open and close for the season?
The 2026 season opens on April 10th at 12:00 PM and closes on October 18th at 12:00 PM.
How do I book?
You can book most easily and cheaply via our online booking, https://stenasa.com/boka.
You can also book with personal service via email info@stenasa.com or telephone +46 485 440 78, then a service fee (100 SEK) and an invoice fee (100 SEK) will be added.
How do I pay for my booking?
If you have bookings in our online booking system, payment is made at the time of booking via Swish or card payment.
You can, for an additional fee (100 SEK), opt to receive an invoice via email. A registration fee equivalent to 10 % of the accommodation cost is then payable within 10 days of the invoice date, and final payment is due 40 days before the arrival date.
Do you charge any booking fees?
We do not charge a booking fee when you book online. For bookings with personal service, a service fee of SEK 100 per booking occasion and an invoice fee of SEK 100 will be charged.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your stay with us by email at info@stenasa.com or by telephone on +46 485 440 78 or, where applicable, via our online booking. If your booking was made through another external booking channel, you will need to contact them directly to cancel. When does my booking become binding?
The booking becomes binding once you have received a confirmation of your booking from us. This can be done in various ways, in writing, via email, or through an online booking system.

What times is the reception open?
During the high season of summer, from 15 June to 9 August, the reception is open daily between 8:00 and 20:00. During this period, our café and shop are also open.
For other times, current opening hours are displayed at the reception.

Do you have Wi-Fi?
There is free Wi-Fi covering most of our area. Our new 2-bedroom cabins and the Beach Cabin have their own fibre.
Do you have a charging station for an electric car?
There are two 22kW charging stations in our visitor car park. Charging and payment are done via the QR code on the station.
Do you have an age limit?
To book a campsite or cabin with us, you must be at least 20 years old. For group bookings, at least two people must be 20 years old, unless a higher age limit is stated in connection with the booking. A single parent living with several children is, however, exempt from this requirement.
During the Midsummer weekend, we have an age limit of 23 years for everyone in the party, not applicable to families with children.
Are there a washing machine and a tumble dryer?
Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for rent. Laundry detergent is included in the price. You pay per wash and any tumble drying. Bookings are made at reception.
Do you permit dogs and other pets on your premises?
Well-behaved dogs and other pets are welcome, but they must always be kept on a lead and you must of course clean up after them.
Adjacent to the motorhome area ”Alvaret” there is a dog park where our four-legged friends can run around and be off-lead under their owner's supervision.
Please note that we only allow dogs in our cottages, a maximum of two (2) dogs per cottage!
Can we barbecue?
It is fine to barbecue at our fixed barbecue spots or with your own barbecue. Disposable barbecues are not permitted. The barbecue must be raised from the ground, at least 50 cm, and placed on a non-combustible surface, such as gravel or paving. Open fires are not permitted. There is a barbecue to borrow at our recycling centre. There are also bins there for emptying used charcoal. Please also check first that there is no barbecue ban in effect.
Is there a shop?
During the peak of summer, from 15 June to 9 August, there is a small shop that provides hot and cold drinks, sweets, ice cream, basic groceries, dry goods, and fresh rolls every morning. The nearest larger shop is in Mörbylånga, approximately 25 km away.
Do you have a restaurant?
During the summer high season from 15/6 to 9/8, our café is open. Café Strandpärlan serves simple dishes, such as pizza and sandwiches. During the summer high season, the nearest restaurant is located approximately 5 km south in Alby or in Mörbylånga.
